Our services & Pricing


The service we offer is simple & hassle free –

How it works…….

Once we’ve received your booking form and deposit we will drop you an email to confirm that they have been safely received and that the booking is in the diary.

Closer to your wedding date we will get in touch with you to confirm the order details and at this point we will also get in touch with your venue to arrange suitable delivery and collection times.

Generally we deliver and set up on the morning of your wedding however – if your venue and your hired items are available the day before your wedding it may also be possible for us to deliver and set up then.

We will then return to your venue at the agreed day and time (generally the morning following your wedding) and collect the hired items.

If you have any questions between making your booking and your wedding date we can be contacted by phone or email.

 

We hired the 'LOVE' letters for our wedding and they were absolutely amazing! They had a real WOW factor and everybody loved them. Various factors such as quantity of items hired, duration of hire and location that effect the pricing.  We like to provide accurate quotes with no hidden extras therefore all inquiries are quoted for on an individual basis.

Once you’ve got in touch to let us know the items you are interested in along with your date and venue we will email you an itemised quote that includes any delivery and collection charges if applicable along with our booking terms and conditions.

 Once you’ve received your quote we are available to answer any questions you may have!

Getting a quote is simple……….

1: Call us on 07786328846 to discuss your requirements – we will then email you an itemised quote.

2: On our website you will find ‘add to quote’ buttons next to all products, simply select  the quantity of each item you would like a quote for and add the products to your quote – don’t forget to submit your quote at the end!

3: Send us a message via our contact form including your requirements, date of event and venue for event and we will get back to you with your quote.

4: Drop an email to info@bluegoosehire.co.uk with details of the items you are interested in and we will get back to you with a quote.
